Meeting Point: Piazza Duomo in front of the tourist information office, San Gimignano.

Guided Walking Tour of San Gimignano

Discover the treasures and the secrets of San Gimignano thanks to your experienced guide. Stroll around this beautiful medieval city and see the pearls that distinguish it.

Your visit takes you along the ancient Via Francigena (the ancient pilgrimage road that connected France with Rome), which became the main street of the city starting from Porta San Giovanni and ending at Porta San Matteo. You’ll be crossing Piazza della Cisterna, the square of the Collegiate Church with the Palace of the Podestà (seat of city government) and the Salvucci towers. Of course, stops at the panoramic point and at the church of Saint Augustine with magnificent frescoes by Benozzo Gozzoli are included.

  • Once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation we can refund the cost of unused tickets minus a service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee) up to 2 business days before the visit.
  • No refund is possible for a cancellation less than 48 hours before the visit, and for no-shows.
