At your second stop you will taste a “panino tartufato” (a truffled sandwich) in a delicatessen shop founded in 1885, which won vast recognition amongst the citizens for its gastronomic truffle specialties, and is still a Florentine tradition.
Learn about the history of the most important squares in Florence, where the Florentines used to shop and the San Lorenzo Central Market, where the locals do their shopping today.
