Tour price includes:
- pick up and return to your hotel (if located within 5 Km from Montalcino)
- transportation in Minivan (8 seats) with driver and bilingual guide
- Tuscan Cooking lesson
- Lunch with all the dished prepared during the lesson combined to Rosso di Montalcino wine
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations of bookings communicated in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to the booked excursion date, 70% of the paid fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the meeting point at the time established. Similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the excursion.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days from the end of the tour.

Home Cooking Lesson guided by a Tuscan Homemaker
The traditions of Tuscany are strongly rooted in its flavors and its food. Simple, local ingredients are masterfully combined to create healthy and nutritious cuisine. You'll learn how to prepare Homemade pasta dough for the local types of pasta – pici, gnocchi, tagliatelle. You'll also learn to make the delicious Tuscan sauces, and traditional sweets.
Your class will start at 9.30am with grocery shopping directly at the colorful market in Montalcino (40km south of Siena). Let the local massaia (homemaker) take you under her wing, and shop for the needed ingredients. She'll then take you home so you can learn all the secrets. Eggs, flour... and the special touch of the local homemaker will do the rest, together with a lot of fun.
Of course, your experience culminates with a lunch during which you'll eat the delicious dishes you have created, accompanied by local wine. You can't get much better than the fabled local Rosso di Montalcino to enhance the flavors of the food.
It doesn't stop here – because you'll take home more than just a lovely memory. You'll bring back the know-how so you can treat your family and friends to delicious and original food straight from the heart of Tuscany. Irresistible!
