50% refund from 14 to 2 days before the tour

Balsamic Vinegar & Wine Tasting in the Modena Countryside | Weekend in Italy

The program:

9:00 am: Departure from your accommodation in Bologna by private car or minivan with English-speaking driver

10:00 am: Visit to the Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti, the world’s oldest balsamic vinegar manufacturer (in business since, yes, 1605!), with balsamic vinegar tasting

11:30 am: Visit to the winery Podere Il Saliceto in Campogalliano in the Modena plain on the banks of the river Secchia, a wine-growing zone traditionally devoted to Lambrusco wines. Wine tasting.

12.30 pm: Traditional lunch at Osteria Emilia in Campogalliano, with local menu and wine

3:30 pm: You are back at your accommodation
