Pick up must be made at church indicated in the voucher on confirmed date at time, showing the confirmation voucher.
Visit hours: From Monday to Saturday: 10:00 to 16:45; for Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari from Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 17:30, and on Sunday 13:00 to 17:30.
Closure: December 25th, Easter, August 15th.

For cancellations once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation, up to 2 days before the date of the visit, we can refund cost of unused tickets minus service fee (reservation fee and online booking fee). For further cancellations and no shows, no refund is possible.
