Tours must be reserved at least 7 working days in advance. Tours are not available on December 25th, January 1st, Easter, Easter Monday, and in the Holidays (religious and National) in which shops are closed. Tours are available in Italian, English, Deutsch, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 3 weeks before the date of the service, no penalty due
From 3 to 2 weeks before the date of the service, 25% penalty due
From 2 weeks to 1 week before the date of the service, 50% penalty due
Cancellations received with less than 1 week advance notice and no shows, 100% penalty due
