In the old kitchen of the Villa, you learn how to make handmade pasta dough.

With the same dough, you prepare various types of pasta: tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle and stuffed tortelli.

During the lesson, you taste one of our wines.

For lunch, you have exclusive use of the table in the orangery or in the rose garden if the weather is fine. However, if the weather is not favourable, you have exclusive use of the historic room.

The lunch includes 3 courses: tuscan appetizer with tuscan cured meats and cheeses, pasta and dessert. It paired with a bottle of our exclusive Brunello di Montalcino CRU DOCG or Brunello di Montalcino Riserva "Massimo"
