Collective transfer service from Florence airport to hotels in the city.
Transfer can be booked one way at a time only; if you need pick up for arrival and also return journey, please make two separate bookings, each for the specific date.
Transfer is operated by an 8-seat minibus for more than 4 persons booked at the same time.
This is not a private service; the shuttle might stop for 1 or more pick up/ drop off during the journey time to pick up / drop off other clients booked at the same time.
Minimum 2 people, includes porterage.
Pick up for arrivals:
The pick-up for the arrival transfer in Florence Airport will be made always at the Arrival Hall at the following times:
10:00 - 11: 30 - 12:45 -13:30 – 15:00 – 16:30 - 17:00 – 18:30 - 19:30 – 21:30 - 23:00
The driver will wait you with a sign stating your name and “Albatravel Shared transfer ”.
The driver will wait no more than 30 minutes if the flight has been delayed or if the client does not arrive at the meeting and the flight is landed.
Return journey:
The pick-up for the return journey to the airport will be at following times:
5:00 – 06:00 – 8:00 – 11:00 -14:00 – 16:00 – 17:00
The journey time from central hotels to Airports usually takes from 20 minutes to 40 minutes.
The driver will be at the meeting for the return journey with a 20-minute tolerance maximum.
Therefore you are kindly requested to be at the hotel reception 5 minutes before the scheduled
meeting.
Cancellation requests and amendments as well must be notified at least 24 working hours before the service. Cancellations received less than 24 working hours before the departure and no show passenger will be totally invoiced.
