Learn how to do at home the most famous and loved Italian dessert in one of the most enchanting locations, Capri island.

Available every day from March 15 to October 30, from 12noon to 6pm, each 30 minutes.

No minimum of participants required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Once a confirmation code has been assigned to the reservation, total cost of unused tickets will be refunded in case of cancellation at least 2 business days before the departure.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring less than 2 business days before the departure and no show.
  • Clients must notify the organization in writing and within 7 days from tour/service of any complaint regarding the tour or services, as well as with any complaint regarding the organization itself or its failure to provide any aspect included in the tour/service description.

Capri Gelato School

Chef Antonio will tell you everything about why gelato remains Italy’s favorite dessert. He'll give you insights into the ever-growing gelato culture, you'll get to know the basic raw ingredients, how to select the best products available according to specific principles – and enjoy a presentation and tasting of some of the flavors used in gelato making. Learn about the development and application of natural colors, the heating and freezing techniques and how they have different effects on ingredients. And, of course, you'll get to enjoy your favorite gelato at the end!
