• The luggage is included in the price (for a correct service, please provide us the number of pieces in your luggage at the momento of the booking).
• Service available from 8am to 9pm, every day.
• Journey times between Rome Fiumicino Airport and the city center are approximately 1 hour (with normal traffic conditions); between Rome Ciampino Airport and the city center are approximately 45 minutes (with normal traffic conditions)

Arrival: Rome Fiumicino / Ciampino Airports - Hotel
The driver will wait for you holding a sign with your names. When booking, please provide us the names of the passengers, the number of pieces in your luggage, flight number and destination address (accommodation). In case of flight delays or delays not attributable to the customer, no penalty will be charged.
 

Departure: Hotel - Rome Fiumicino / Ciampino Airports:
The driver will wait for you outside your accommodation. When booking, please provide us  the names of the passengers,  the number of pieces in your luggage and the address of your accommodation. The driver will wait for 5 minutes from agreed time, please be punctual. IMPORTANT: In case of additional waiting, the client will be requested to pay a penalty fee in relation to the delay made, with an hourly rate of € 72.60, payable directly to the driver.

ATTENTION: Your reservation is of one way at a time; if you wish to book a round trip, please submit two reservations, one for each way.
